dc.description.abstract	El objetivo de este estudio es analizar las dinámica de las temperaturas superficiales de los ríos y lagos en zonas fluviales de diferentes características en la región de la Araucanía y así corroborar la existencia de períodos con fluctuaciones anómalas de temperatura, siendo consciente de la importancia de esta variable en la calidad del agua y su efecto sobre un ecosistema. El análisis se realizó con los datos proporcionados por la Dirección General de Aguas (DGA). Los datos obtenidos por las estaciones ubicadas en las cuencas de dicha región, permitieron examinar las oscilaciones de temperaturas de manera temporal, mediante la comparación estadística de cuatro diferentes periodos (agrupados en tres meses cada uno, empleando como referencia las estaciones del año), utilizando pruebas de hipótesis estadísticas, permitiendo discernir entre una fluctuación anómala o no. Para el análisis espacial, que consiste en comparar estaciones colindantes de una misma cuenca y sus respectivos periodos, se observó discrepancia de temperatura en estaciones pertenecientes a ríos diferentes, al igual que en estaciones que pertenecen al mismo río en algunas estaciones del año, pero en general no se observaron grandes oscilaciones de temperatura. Finalmente, se relaciona las fluctuaciones de la temperatura superficial considerando el clima dominante de la cuenca, la altitud de la estación con respecto al nivel del mar, temperatura atmosférica, régimen fluvial.	es
dc.description.abstract-2	The objective of this study is to analyze the dynamics of surface temperatures of rivers and lakes in river areas of different characteristics in the Araucanía region and thus corroborate the existence of periods with anomalous temperature fluctuations, being aware of the importance of this variable in water quality and its effect on an ecosystem. The analysis was carried out with the data provided by the General Water Directorate (DGA). The data obtained by the stations located in the basins of said region, allowed to examine the temperature fluctuations on a temporary basis, by means of the statistical comparison of four different periods (grouped in three months each, using the seasons of the year as reference), using statistical hypothesis tests, allowing to discern between an abnormal fluctuation or not. For the spatial analysis, which consists of comparing adjacent stations of the same basin and their respective periods, temperature discrepancy was observed in stations belonging to different rivers, as well as in stations belonging to the same river in some seasons of the year, but in In general, no large temperature fluctuations were observed. Finally, the fluctuations of the surface temperature are related considering the dominant climate of the basin, the altitude of the station with respect to sea level, atmospheric temperature, river regime.	es
