dc.description.abstract	A diferencia de la mayoría de las actividades económicas que son fundamentales para el desarrollo del país, la industria de la construcción en Chile se sustenta principalmente en empresas pequeñas y medianas y no en grandes empresas que son el motor de las respectivos sectores y que representan un grado de concentración( ejemplos de esto se dan en el sector forestal, pesquero, minero, agrícola) en cambio en la construcción no existen grandes empresas que sean referentes o fácilmente identificables e incluso que se pueda plantear que dominan el mercado. Cerca del 80% de las obras publicas y privadas en Chile, de acuerdo a datos al año 2014 del Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas (INE), se encuentra en ejecución por parte de este tipo de organizaciones que responden a la categoría de mediana y pequeña empresa de acuerdo a los diversos organismos encargados de clasificar a las empresas en estos sub-sectores y muchas de estas empresas no cuentan con un adecuado sistema de planificación financiera que permita optimizar y prever de manera eficiente los recursos de cada proyecto de construcción. Es por esto que el comité de estudios de la Cámara Chilena de la Construcción A.G. (CChC) durante los últimos años en conjunto con la Facultad de Ingeniería de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile han fomentado el uso sistemas aplicados a nivel internacional y adaptados a la realidad de la industria de la construcción. Este trabajo busca la aplicación de un modelo de simple ejecución, amigable, comprensible y que no signifique una alta inversión a las PyMES, basado en el modelo conocido por el Análisis del Valor Ganado (AVG).	es
dc.description.abstract-2	Unlike most of the economist activities that are fundamental to the development of the country, the construction in Chile Indutry rests mainly in small and medium -sized enterprises and not in big companies, that are the engine of respective sectors and representing a degree of concentration ( examples of this are given in the forestry sector, fishing, mining, agricultural) instead in the construction not there are big companies that are relating or easily identifiable and even that is can raise that dominated the market. About 80% of the works public and private in Chile, according to data by the year 2014 from the National Institute of statistics( INE) is implemented by this type of organizations that respond to the category of medium-sized and small enterprises according to the various agencies responsible for classifying companies in these sub-sectors and many of these companies do not have an adequate system of financial planning that allows streamline and provide for of how efficient the resources of each proyect of construction. Is by this that te Committee of studies of the Camera Chilean of Construction A.G. (CChC) during the last years in join with the Faculty od engineering of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile have fostered the use systems applied to level international and adapted to the reality of it industry .
