IN EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS, AS IN ANY TYPE OF ORGANIZATION, IT IS ESSENTIAL TO ACHIEVE ADEQUATE LEVELS OF JOB SATISFACTION AMONG TEACHERS IN ORDER TO FOSTER A HEALTHY AND PRODUCTIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT; THIS IS THE RESULT OF NUMEROUS FACTORS, INCLUDING THE APPRECIATION THAT TEACHERS HAVE FOR THEIR WORK ENVIRONMENT. THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS RESEARCH IS TO ANALYZE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE VARIABLES JOB SATISFACTION, BURNOUT AND ATTITUDE TOWARDS CHANGE IN TEACHERS OF EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS IN THE ÑUBLE REGION, CHILE, WHO ARE CURRENTLY WORKING UNDER PANDEMIC CONDITIONS (COVID-19). IT CORRESPONDS TO A DESCRIPTIVE-CORRELATIONAL RESEARCH OF NON-EXPERIMENTAL AND CROSS-SECTIONAL DESIGN. A TOTAL OF 117 TEACHERS FROM DIFFERENT EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS IN THE ÑUBLE REGION, CHILE, WERE SURVEYED USING VALIDATED INSTRUMENTS WITH THEORETICAL SUPPORT. IT IS EVIDENT THAT THERE IS NO PREVALENCE OF BURNOUT SYNDROME IN TEACHERS, THEY ARE RELATIVELY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK AND HAVE A POSITIVE TENDENCY TOWARDS ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE. IN SPITE OF THE ADVERSE CONDITIONS AND CONTRARY TO WHAT IS STATED IN THE LITERATURE IN SOME CASES, THE TEACHERS MAINTAIN THEIR INTEREST IN THEIR WORK.
