dc.description.abstract	Hoy en día los Sistemas y Tecnologías de Información dentro de las organizaciones son un elemento fundamental y uno de los más relevantes del entorno actual del negocio, ya que favorecen la gestión y desarrollo organizacional, mejorando con ello la producción y rendimiento del personal. Estas herramientas se han vuelto esenciales para las organizaciones, y dado su alto costo se ha hecho imperioso o ha surgido la necesidad de su evaluación para determinar su real efectividad a todo nivel en la organización (operativo, táctico y estratégico) e identificar los factores que más impactan en las instituciones y a los usuarios que interactúan con estas herramientas. Durante esta investigacion vamos a definir a los Sistemas de Información o Tecnologías de Información (SI/TI) como aquellos recursos, herramientas y programas que se utilizan para procesar, administrar y compartir la información mediante diversos soportes tecnológicos. (Cayulef, 2007). En el ámbito Educativo, la atención del uso SI/TI se ha centrado en aspectos formativos, considerándose que el entender los SI/TI y adquisición de las habilidades básicas y conceptos asociados a ellas, son parte del corazón de la educación, junto a la lectura, escritura y matemáticas, donde en la época actual, se requieren de dos alfabetizaciones: la tradicional, de lectura y escritura; y la nueva, de entender, participar y crear en ambientes digitales (Adu, 2013; Cobo 2016). Sin embargo, dado al desarrollo de establecimientos educacionales se requiere también que los SI/TI sean utilizados para apoyar la gestión de los establecimientos, siendo fundamental que los lideres escolares generen las condiciones necesarias para que los SI/TI impacten de manera positiva en la gestión de cada uno de los profesionales, técnicos y encargados de los SI de la comunidad educativa, ya que estos son la base de la buena gestión e información entre los diferentes establecimientos educacionales del pais y el Ministerio de Educación (MINEDUC, 2017). El MINEDUC para apoyar en la gestión de los diferentes establecimientos educacionales del pais y sus sostenedores, sin importar su dependencia (Municipales, Particulares Subvencionados, Particulares pagados y Administración delegada, según Decreto N° 3166 del MINEDUC, 2017), ha puesto a disposición un conjunto de sistemas de información, específicamente: • SIGE: Sistema de Información General de Estudiantes • SAE: Sistema de Admisión Escolar • PAE: Programa de Alimentación Escolar • CRA: Centro de Recurso para el Aprendizaje Sin duda, la incorporación e integración de los SI/TI en la gestión de establecimientos educacionales puede contribuir al fortalecimiento de su rendimiento organizativo, por lo que no solo son relevantes aspectos técnicos sino que también es necesario considerar aspectos relacionados con factores humanos, estableciéndose estrategias que promuevan que la comunidad escolar perciba que estas tecnologías facilitan y colaboran en la ejecución de sus tareas y actividades en beneficio del cumplimiento de los objetivos y resultados esperados, lo que determinará el éxito de los sistemas de información dentro de la organización. En este sentido, la percepción que los usuarios pueden presentar de los SI/TI podría afectar la percepción que tienen sobre aspectos relacionados con su trabajo y por lo tanto con características de la organización, afectando sus actitud y comportamiento, factores que se relacionan directamente con la satisfacción y compromiso laboral de las personas (Sánchez et al.2013), lo que puede tener un efecto en el logro de los objetivos organizacionales y/o rendimiento de la organización (Rodríguez et al, 2011, Sánchez et al, 2013). En este contexto, este estudio pretende explorar cuáles son las características del trabajo desarrollado por el Director y su equipo técnico-pedagógico para implementar los sistemas de información provistos por el MINEDUC que están orientados para apoyar la gestión del establecimiento, de manera de incidir en su rendimiento organizativo.	es
dc.description.abstract-2	Today, Information Systems and Technologies within organizations are a fundamental element and one of the most relevant in the current business environment, as they favor organizational management and development, thereby improving the production and performance of personnel. These tools have become essential for organizations, and given its high cost has become imperative or has arisen the need for its evaluation to determine its real effectiveness at all levels in the organization (operational, tactical and strategic) and identify the factors that more impact on institutions and users who interact with these tools. During this research, we will define Information Systems or Information Technologies (SI / IT) as those resources, tools and programs used to process, manage and share information through various technological supports. In the Educational Area, attention to the use of SI has focused on formative aspects, considering that understanding the SI / IT and acquiring the basic skills and concepts associated with them, are part of the heart of education, together with reading, writing and mathematics, where in the current era, two literacies are required: the traditional one, of reading and writing; and the new one, to understand, participate and create in digital environments (Adu, 2013, Cobo 2016). However, given the development of educational establishments, it is also required that the SI / IT be used to support the management of the establishments, and it is essential that the school leaders create the necessary conditions for the SI / IT to have a positive impact on the management of each of the professionals, technicians and managers of the SI of the educational community, since these are the basis of good management and information between the different educational establishments of the country and the Ministry of Education (MINEDUC, 2017). In this sense, the perception that users can present of the SI / IT could affect the perception they have about aspects related to their work and therefore with characteristics of the organization, affecting their attitude and behavior, factors that are directly related to the satisfaction and work commitment of the people (Sánchez et al. 2013), which may have an effect on the achievement of the organizational objectives and / or performance of the organization (Rodríguez et al, 2011, Sánchez et al, 2013). In this context, this study aims to explore what are the characteristics of the work developed by the Director and his technical-pedagogical team to implement the information systems provided by the MINEDUC that are oriented to support the management of the establishment, in order to influence its organizational performance.	en
