dc.description.abstract	Ñuble es una zona llena de riquezas proveedora de acilo y trabajo para sus habitantes, dentro de la diversidad de áreas y comunas se encuentra el Valle del Itata, lugar basado para nuestro estudio, ya que al ser un sector lleno de potencial agropecuario, turístico y artesanal, es un fuerte sitio generador de empleo en la provincia, en base a esta afirmación nace la interrogante de quiénes son las personas que desempeñan estas actividades, su edad, tipo de trabajo, relación contractual y el nivel de ingresos; es por esto que la investigación se realizó con el fin de obtener una característica de las personas activas en la actividad laboral del territorio, para que de esta forma los futuros incentivos o proyectos de fomento a la inversión o expansión de cupos de labor vayan en foco de los empleos que reflejan la realidad del Valle del Itata y de esta manera reducir las brechas de pobreza o incrementar el ingreso promedio para el trabajo en cuestión.	es
dc.description.abstract-2	Ñuble is an area full of riches providing acyl and work for his inhabitants, within the diversity of areas and communes is the Itata Valley, place for our study, since being a sector full of agricultural, tourism and handicrafts potential, is a strong site generating employment in the province, based on this statement the question arises who are the people who perform these activities, their age, type of work, contractual relationship and level of income; it is for this reason that the investigation was carried out in order to obtain a characteristic of the active people in the labor activity of the territory, so that future incentives or projects to promote investment or expansion of labor quotas to focus on jobs that reflect the reality of the Itata Valley and thus reduce poverty gaps or increase the average income for the job in question.	en
