dc.description.abstract	La presente memoria de título tiene por objetivo desarrollar un Análisis de la Ley N° 20.920 REP y desarrollo de una propuesta de solución en el manejo de residuos en la Universidad del Bío-Bío. Para lo cual se han definido y establecido una línea de trabajo con el fin de obtener una mirada global sobre el impacto que podría generar la implementación de la Ley REP en la institución. Por lo tanto, para desarrollar la presente investigación, se ha estimado prudente analizar en una primera parte la Ley N° 20.920, correspondiente a La Responsabilidad Extendida del Productor y fomento al reciclaje, en la cual se contextualiza el origen y evolución de las regulaciones referentes a la gestión de residuos. Continuando con la historia de la presente Ley en Chile, sus fundamentos, objetivos y el contenido de la Ley, para luego continuar con la implementación y sus respectivos reglamentos, productos prioritarios y actores, los cuales han sido definidos por el Ministerio del Medio Ambiente. En una segunda parte, se ha desarrollado la investigación internacional respecto a la REP, en la cual se definen los antecedentes generales, la relevancia y aportes de la OCDE en relación a la REP, la implementación en la Unión Europea y terminando con la implementación de la REP en Alemania. La tercera parte, está orientada al diagnóstico de la gestión en residuos reciclables en la Universidad del Bío-Bío, sede Concepción, en la cual se ha desarrollado la investigación referente a la gestión en residuos reciclables, con ello los acuerdos vigentes y el funcionamiento actual del sistema. En una cuarta parte de la investigación se desarrollan las propuestas de gestión en residuos reciclables para ser implementadas en la Universidad del Bío-Bío, las cuales están orientadas en minimizar las actuales falencias y con ello desarrollar una gestión adecuada de los residuos reciclables, en esta parte se incluye una propuesta de gestión realiza por una empresa privada Elige Reciclar SpA, quienes se desenvuelven en el área de la gestión de residuos reciclables y podrían entregar un servicio acorde a los estándares de calidad de la Universidad. Por último, en la quinta parte se dan a conocer proyecciones y conclusiones referentes a la investigación desarrollada en la gestión en residuos reciclables, tanto a nivel Nacional, Internacional y Universidad.	es
dc.description.abstract-2	This title memory aims to develop an analysis of Law N°20.920 REP and develop a solution proposal in waste management at the University of Bío-Bío. A line of work has been defined and established in order to obtain a global look at the impact that the Implementation of the REP law could generate in the institution. Therefore, in order to develop this research, it has been prudent to analyze in a first part the Law N ° 20.920, corresponding to the Extended Responsibility of the Producer and Promotion to the Recycling, it has been put in context the origin and evolution of the Regulations concerning waste management. Continuing with the history of this law in Chile, its fundamentals, objectives and the content of the law, and then continue with the implementation and its respectives regulations, priority products and actors, which have been defined by the Ministry of the Environment. In a second part, it was developed an international research regarding the rep, which defines the general background, relevance and contributions of the OECD in relation to the REP, the European Union´s implementation and ending with the implementation of the REP in Germany. The third part is aimed at diagnosing the management of recyclable waste at the University of Bío-Bío, headquarters Concepción, in which a research has been developed for the management of recyclable waste, thus the existing agreements and the Current system operation. The fourth part of the research, the management proposals are developed in recyclable waste to be implemented at the University of Bio-Bio, which are aimed at minimizing current flaws and thus develop an adequate management of Recyclable waste, this part includes a management proposal made by a private company Elige Reciclar SpA, who are involved in the area of the management of recyclable waste and could provide a service according to the quality standards of the university. Finally, in the fifth part, projections and conclusions are given regarding the research carried out in the management of recyclable waste, both at National, International and University levels.	en
