dc.description.abstract	Actualmente, las organizaciones se ven enfrentadas a diferentes sucesos en el desarrollo de sus actividades. Con los movimientos de datos que hay producto de sus actividades, surge la necesidad de transformar éstos en información y dicha información en conocimiento. La información es obtenida tanto de forma interna como por la interacción con el entorno y depende de cada institución el hacer uso del conocimiento, una vez que las organizaciones se comprometen a trabajar con este valioso recurso, se dice que hay una cultura organizacional colaborativa, que se traduce en beneficio de los procesos desarrollados. Para este proyecto se estudia la Unidad de Aseguramiento de la Calidad (UAC), los procesos que desarrollan para llevar a cabo la acreditación de los Programas de Pregrado para la Universidad del Bío-Bío. Desarrollándose, investigaciones del área nombrada anteriormente, por medio de diferentes métodos de investigación, cuestionarios, entrevistas, video conferencias, etcétera, con actores directos e indirectos de la Unidad, además de documentos para entender las bases teóricas del arte que es la Gestión del Conocimiento. La finalidad de estos estudios es poder entender las actividades que desarrollan y sus interacciones con el entorno, para así determinar las variables que intervienen en los procesos. Con todo lo anterior, se permite crear un Modelo de Gestión del Conocimiento, acompañado por el desarrollo de un prototipo que ayuda a clasificar la información.	es
dc.description.abstract-2	Currently, organizations are faced with different events in the development of their activities. With the movements of data that are product of their activities, the need arises to transform these into information and said information into knowledge. The information is obtained both internally and by interaction with the environment and it is up to each institution to make use of the knowledge, once the organizations commit to working with this valuable resource, it is said that there is a collaborative organizational culture, which it translates to the benefit of the processes developed. For this project, the Quality Assurance Unit (UAC) is studied, the processes they develop to carry out the accreditation of the Undergraduate Programs for the University of Bío-Bío. Developing, investigations of the aforementioned area, through different research methods, questionnaires and interviews, video conferences, etc., with direct and indirect actors of the Unit, as well as documents to understand the theoretical bases of the art that is Knowledge Management. The purpose of these studies is to be able to understand the activities they carry out and their interactions with the environment, in order to determine the variables that intervene in the processes. With all of the above, it is possible to create a Knowledge Management Model, accompanied by the development of a prototype that helps to classify the information.	en
