dc.description.abstract	Emprender y crecer es algo que muchas personas tienen en mente y ponen en práctica, pero no se trata solamente de hacerlo. Para lograr este objetivo se debe cumplir con normativas fundamentales, las cuales, involucran diversas instituciones, siendo las obligaciones más reconocidas aquellas que se generan con el Servicio de Impuestos Internos. El incumplir con alguna de las obligaciones que impone la ley, puede generar diversas contingencias y problemas futuros a los emprendedores. El más común es el pago de multas innecesarias que se generan solo por desconocimiento, las cuales, pueden alterar el flujo de caja haciendo que la empresa sea menos rentable y limitar su permanencia en el mercado. Es debido a lo anterior, que resulta fundamental conocer y comprender cuáles son estas obligaciones y qué beneficios traen consigo, ya que a través del conocimiento se puede lograr potenciar un negocio ayudando a su crecimiento y permanencia en el tiempo. De esta manera la capacitación para ciertos sectores y público objetivo se torna fundamental.	es
dc.description.abstract-2	Undertaking and growing is something that many people have in mind and put into practice, but it is not just about doing it. To achieve this objective, fundamental regulations must be complied with, which involve various institutions, the most recognized obligations being those that are generated with the Internal Revenue Service. Failure to comply with any of the obligations imposed by the law can generate various contingencies and future problems for entrepreneurs. The most common is the payment of unnecessary fines that are generated simply by ignorance, which can alter cash flow, making the company less profitable and limiting its permanence in the market. It is due to the above, that it is essential to know and understand what these obligations are and what benefits they bring, since through knowledge it is possible to promote a business by helping its growth and permanence over time. In this way, training for certain sectors and target audiences becomes essential.	en
