dc.description.abstract	El fútbol en nuestro país es el deporte que concentra mayores inversiones, participantes y seguidores, lo que nos lleva a pensar sobre la información financiera de estas, además, la tendencia es hacia la gobernanza corporativa, cautelando los intereses de los diferentes grupos de interés, y en general se reconoce la asimetría de información como un elemento que perjudica las relaciones entre principal, agentes gestores y otros actores de los mercados, siendo la transparencia informativa, una referencia ética para defender los valores fundamentales del deporte y en particular el fútbol. Esta memoria tiene por propósito analizar la evolución de la información corporativa de las Sociedades Anónimas Deportivas Profesionales Chilenas en sus páginas web. Para esto se ha desarrollado una contextualización histórica de su gestación por medio de la ley 20.019. Teniendo lo anterior como base, respecto al estudio de (Parra y Morales, 2020) “Caracterización de la información corporativa divulgada por las Sociedades Anónimas Deportivas Profesionales (SADP) chilenas a través de sus sitios web” se ha aplicado un estudio de las variables utilizadas en 2018, adicionando nuevas variables contingentes al presente año, para evaluar el comportamiento de este sector en torno a la transparencia de la información corporativa. Se corroboró la lista de chequeo de variables dependientes, utilizadas en la primera investigación, esta lista cuenta con cinco dimensiones, agrupándolas por variables con mayores similitudes entre sí. Dentro de las dimensiones, se incorporaron cuatro variables nuevas. En la primera investigación, se observaron los siguientes resultados En términos generales, se encontró un gran déficit en la divulgación financiera en gran parte de las dimensiones que se organizaron en el estudio, dónde como suele pasar en otros sectores comerciales, la relación tamaño de la empresa también se relaciona, y se comprobó que las organizaciones con mayor tamaño son las que reflejan en sus páginas web mayores niveles de información, en especial en las dimensiones de Rendición de cuentas, Compañía y Estrategia, y Transparencia. Actualmente este sector no está obligado a transparentar sus estados financieros, demostrando que las empresas, si bien están obligadas a realizar informes financieros a la SVS, estos en su mayoría no son publicados en sus páginas web.	es
dc.description.abstract-2	Soccer in our country is the sport that concentrates the largest investments, participants and followers, which leads us to think about their financial information, in addition, the trend is towards corporate governance, protecting the interests of different interest groups, and in general, the asymmetry of information is recognized as an element that damages the relations between the principal, managing agents and other market players, with information transparency being an ethical reference to defend the fundamental values of sport and in particular soccer. The purpose of this report is to analyze the evolution of the corporate information of the Chilean Professional Sports Public Limited Companies on their web pages. For this, a historical contextualization of its gestation has been developed through Law 20.019. Taking the above as a basis, with respect to the study by Parra and Morales (2020) "Characterization of the corporate information disclosed by the Chilean Professional Sports Public Limited Companies (SADP) through their websites", a study of the variables used in 2018, adding new contingent variables to this year, to assess the behavior of this sector regarding the transparency of corporate information. The checklist of dependent variables, used in the first investigation, was corroborated. This list has five dimensions, grouping them by variables with greater similarities to each other. Within the dimensions, four new variables were incorporated. In the first investigation, the following results were observed.
