dc.description.abstract	Este proyecto es presentado para dar conformidad a los requerimientos exigidos por la Universidad del Bío-Bío en el proceso de titulación de la carrera de Ingeniería Civil Informática. El presente proyecto lleva como título “Sistema de administración de evidencias para las escuelas de la Universidad del Bío-Bío”. Sistema el cual nos motiva a dejar nuestra huella en la institución, además de entregar un buen servicio y conformidad para aquellos que lo utilicen. Hoy en día la contingencia nacional en el área de la educación está generando muchos cambios tendientes a mejorar la calidad de los planteles universitarios. Esto implica que estas instituciones deben estar preparadas para abordar de mejor manera los procesos de acreditación y mejora curricular. Es por ello, que el proyecto tiene como objetivo desarrollar un sistema web para optimizar los procesos de acreditación o renovación curricular de las carreras de la universidad, administrando y/o gestionando las información pertinente para esta, la cual es generada día a día por los procesos académicos y docentes de manera de tener un rápido y fácil acceso a los datos que se necesitan analizar. En cuanto al desarrollo, se optó por aplicar una metodología de desarrollo iterativa e incremental, utilizando un modelo de tres capas MVC (Modelo, Vista, Controlador) mediante la uso del framework Yii 2. Al aplicar este sistema se mejorará el proceso de gestión y/o administración de evidencias, así como las productividad en los proceso y el personal, y a su vez se mejorará la disponibilidad y el tiempo de obtención de esta información, permitiendo ingresar al sistema mediante diversos dispositivos (computador, tablet, celular). No obstante, reducirá el costo de materiales (archivadores, tinta, papel) y servicios adquiridos.	es
dc.description.abstract-2	This project is presented to conform to the requirements demanded by the University of Bí-Bío in the process of titling the Civil Engineering Computer Science degree. This project is entitled "Evidence management system for the schools of the Bio-Bio University". System which motivates us to leave our mark in the institution, besides delivering a good service and conformity for those who use it. Today the national contingency in the area of education is generating many changes aimed at improving the quality of university campuses. This implies that these institutions should be prepared to better address the processes of accreditation and curriculum improvement. This is why the project aims to develop a web system to optimize the processes of accreditation or curricular renewal of the university's careers, managing the pertinent information for this, which is generated day by day by the Academic processes and teachers in order to have a quick and easy access to the data that need to be analyzed. In terms of development, it was decided to apply an iterative and incremental development methodology using a three-layer MVC model (Model, View, Controller) using the Yii 2 framework. By applying this system it is possible to improve the process of management and / or administration of evidences, as well as the productivity in the process and the personnel, and in turn will improve the availability and the time of obtaining this information, allowing to enter the system through Devices (computer, tablet, mobile). However, it will reduce the cost of materials (filing cabinets, ink, paper) and services purchased.	eng
