dc.description.abstract	El objetivo de este trabajo es explorar los factores que predicen el comportamiento de realizar transferencia tecnológica en académicos de Universidades Tradicionales Chilenas, tomando como caso de estudio la Universidad del Bío-Bío. Se aplicó una encuesta a 134 académicos basada en la Teoría del Comportamiento Interpersonal. Esta teoría tiene como objetivo el estudio del comportamiento individual y se orienta a entender y explicar a través de factores personales la intención individual de realizar una conducta específica, considerando para este estudio la conducta de realizar transferencia tecnológica. Para analizar el modelo se aplicó la técnica de Ecuaciones Estructurales. Los resultados obtenidos del estudio señalan que la Actitud, los Afectos y los Factores Sociales inciden positivamente en la Intención de realizar Transferencia Tecnológica. También, la variable Hábito presentó una alta incidencia en el comportamiento de realizar Transferencia Tecnológica. Sin embargo, los resultados indicaron que la Intención de realizar Transferencia Tecnológica no incide en el Comportamiento de efectuar Transferencia Tecnológica, así como tampoco las condiciones facilitadoras. Finalmente se puede concluir, que la variable hábito incide fuertemente en el comportamiento de realizar actividades de Transferencia Tecnológica, la que es explicada en un 64,2% por la variación del Hábito de llevar a cabo Transferencia Tecnológica.	es
dc.description.abstract-2	The objective of this work is to explore the factors that predict the behavior of carrying out technological transfer in academics of Chilean Traditional Universities, taking as a case study the University of Bio-Bio. A survey of 134 academics was applied based on the Interpersonal Behavior Theory. This theory aims at the study of individual behavior and aims to understand and explain through personal factors the individual intention to perform a specific behavior, considering for this study the behavior of performing technological transfer. The Structural Equations technique was applied to analyze the model. The results obtained from the study indicate that Attitude, Affects and Social Factors have a positive impact on the Intention to carry out Technological Transfer. Also, the Habit variable presented a high incidence in the behavior of performing Technology Transfer. However, the results indicated that the Intention to carry out Technological Transfer does not affect the Behavior of carrying out Technological Transfer, as well as the facilitating conditions. Finally, it can be concluded that the habit variable strongly affects the behavior of carrying out Technology Transfer activities, which is explained in 64.2% by the variation in the Habit of carrying out Technology Transfer.	en
