dc.description.abstract	Durante los últimos años, se ha producido un aumento de las enfermedades crónicas no transmisibles, como es el cáncer. En su incidencia están involucrados factores económicos, sociales y culturales. Para enfrentar este problema se creó el Programa de Alivio del Dolor y Cuidados Paliativos. Este contempla el cuidado espiritual de la persona en situación de enfermedad avanzada, representando una necesidad al final de la vida. Para abordar este ámbito se utilizó el modelo de enfermería del Cuidado Humanizado de Jean Watson. OBJETIVO: Establecer la influencia del Apoyo Social y Nivel Socioeconómico en el Bienestar Espiritual en pacientes con enfermedad oncológica avanzada del Programa de Alivio del Dolor y Cuidados Paliativos del Hospital San Carlos, 2014. METODOLOGIA: Estudio de tipo correlacional, de corte transversal a 37 pacientes con enfermedad oncológica avanzada, sin deterioro cognitivo, contactados mediante visitas domiciliarias. Se aplicó Cuestionario de Antecedentes Personales, de Apoyo Social MOS y la Escala de Perspectiva Espiritual. Los datos fueron analizados en SPSS versión 15, aplicando frecuencias observadas y porcentajes, medidas de tendencia central y dispersión, R de Pearson, Rho de Spearman, Tau de Kendall y regresión logística para las variables de interés. RESULTADOS: La mayoría de los pacientes fueron mujeres, adultos mayores, profesaron religión en su totalidad, con nivel educacional bajo y pertenecientes a un estrato socioeconómico medio. El Apoyo Social y el Nivel Socioeconómico muestran una correlación negativa no significativa con el Bienestar Espiritual. CONCLUSIÓN: La literatura señala que el Apoyo Social y Nivel Socioeconómico pueden modificar el Bienestar Espiritual, la relación con Dios, con el propio ser y la relación con las demás personas y el entorno. Los resultados del estudio no permiten corroborar estos hallazgos.	es
dc.description.abstract-2	In the last years, the no-contagious chronic disease have increased meaningful, as the cancer. In the influences of cancer are involving economical, social and cultural factors. For facing this situation was created the relief of pain and palliative cares program. The program takes spiritual care of the patient into account when the disease is advanced, being a necessity at the end of life. To deal this matter was used the model's jean watson about cares more human of nursery. OBJETIVE: To determine the influence of the social support and socio-economical standard in the spiritual welfare in patients with advanced oncological disease of the relief of pain and palliative cares program of San Carlos hospital, 2014. METHODOLOGY: Study of correlacional type, of face section to 37 patients with advanced oncological disease, no damage cognitive. They were contacted trough visit houses. It was applied them a personal history questionnaire, a social support MOS and spiritual perspective scale. The information was analyzed on SPSS version 15, applying observed frequencies and percentages, measures of key trends and dispersion, R of Pearson, Rho de Spearman, Tau of Kendall and logical regression for the attention variables. RUSALTS: The most of the patients were women, senior citizen, all of them had some kind of religion. They had low level educational and they belonged a middle socio-economical class. The social support and the socio-economical standard show not-significant negative correlation with the spiritual welfare. CONCLUSION: Literature shows that the social support and socio-economical standard can modify the spiritual welfare, the relation with god, with one-self and the relation with the other people and the environment. The investigation results do not let confirm these evidences.	en
