    THIS RESEARCH STUDY AIMS TO DESCRIBE ADULT ATTITUDES TOWARDS SUSTAINABLE CONSUMPTION FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS (SDGS). THE STUDY OF SUSTAINABLE CONSUMPTION IS LINKED TO THE BEHAVIOR THAT SEEKS TO SATISFY NEEDS BY ENHANCING ACTIONS THAT HELP MITIGATE OR REDUCE NEGATIVE EFFECTS ON THE ENVIRONMENT. A QUANTITATIVE QUESTIONNAIRE IS APPLIED TO 381 PEOPLE, COMPLETING A NON-PROBABILISTIC SAMPLE FOR CONVENIENCE. THE STATISTICAL METHODS APPLIED INCLUDE EXPLORATORY FACTORIAL ANALYSIS AND DIFFERENCE IN MEANS. THE RESULTS SHOW THAT THERE ARE SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCES ACCORDING TO GENDER, AGE, AND EDUCATIONAL LEVEL. THEY ALSO INDICATE THAT THERE IS A NEED FOR COMPANIES TO PROMOTE SUSTAINABLE CONSUMPTION AND FOR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS TO PROMOTE PRACTICES BASED ON ETHICAL, GREEN, AND ECOLOGICAL CONSUMPTION. IN CONCLUSION, SDGS CAN BE CONSIDERED AS TOOLS FOR THE STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF MODERN ORGANIZATIONS.

    CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) IS CONSIDERED A RESEARCH TOPIC IN VARIOUS CONTEXTS AND APPLICATION AREAS, DUE TO ITS CON- TRIBUTIONS TO MEETING THE NEEDS OF INTEREST GROUPS, LEADING TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF STRATEGIES THAT CONTRIBUTE TO THE PROGRESS AND GROWTH OF THE SOCIETY. THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS RESEARCH IS TO DE- SCRIBE THE PERCEPTION OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS ABOUT CSR AS USERS OF HEALTH INSTITUTIONS IN CHILE. A QUANTITATIVE QUESTIONNAIRE WAS APPLIED TO A NON-PROBABILISTIC SAMPLE OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS. AN EXPLORATORY FACTOR ANALYSIS WAS PERFORMED AND THE MEAN DIFFER- ENCES WERE EXAMINED ACCORDING TO AN INFERENTIAL ANALYSIS. STATISTICALLY SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCES ARE OBTAINED ACCORDING TO SEX AND AGE. WOMEN PRESENT A HIGHER VALUE IN TERMS OF THE DEVEL- OPMENT OF STRATEGIES THAT INCLUDE ETHICAL, VOLUNTARY AND ENVIRON- MENTAL ASPECTS. ON THE OTHER HAND, PEOPLE WHO ARE BETWEEN 36 AND 45 YEARS OF AGE, EXPRESS THAT SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE PRACTICES CONSTITUTE A HARMONIOUS RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN COMMITMENT TO THE COMMUNITY AND CARE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT. FINALLY, CSR FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF HEALTH INSTITUTIONS HAS AN URGENT NATURE, SINCE ITS CONSOLIDATION CONTRIBUTES TO THE WELL-BEING OR DETRIMENT OF THE HEALTH OF THE ENTIRE SOCIETY.

    CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IS A TOPIC OF RESEARCH IN THE MANAGEMENT OF ORGANIZATIONS THAT SEEK TO RESPOND TO THE NEEDS, EXPECTATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS OF STAKEHOLDERS. ON THE OTHER HAND, CONSUMERS ARE A STRATEGIC GROUP THAT, DUE TO ITS ACCESS TO INFORMATION, IS INCREASINGLY DEMANDING AND CRITICAL ABOUT THE MANAGEMENT OF AN ORGANIZATION. HOWEVER, IN RELATION TO THIS RESEARCH, SUPERMARKETS ARE LARGE NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CHAINS THAT OFFER VARIOUS SERVICES AND SELL A HUGE VARIETY OF PRODUCTS. THE PURPOSE OF THIS PAPER IS TO EXPLORE THE PERCEPTION OF CONSUMERS OF SUPERMARKET CHAINS ABOUT CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IN A CITY LOCATED IN THE SOUTH CENTRAL ZONE OF CHILE. A QUANTITATIVE APPROACH HAS BEEN USED, DEVELOPING AN EXPLORATORY FACTOR ANALYSIS, MEAN DIFFERENCE ANALYSIS AND CLUSTER ANALYSIS. AMONG THE RESULTS, THERE ARE STATISTICALLY SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCES IN SOME GROUPS AND, FOR THE MOST PART, CONSUMERS CONSIDER THAT SUPERMARKETS ARE SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE.

    THE PURPOSE OF THIS RESEARCH IS TO DESCRIBE THE PERCEPTION OF WINE CONSUMERS ABOUT CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IN TIMES OF PANDEMIC. AN INSTRUMENT IS APPLIED TO 398 WINE CONSUMERS, CONSTITUTING A NON-PROBABILISTIC CONVENIENCE SAMPLE. AN EXPLORATORY FACTOR ANALYSIS IS APPLIED, DESCRIPTIVE STATISTICS ARE ESTIMATED AND STATISTICALLY SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCES ARE EXAMINED. THE RESULTS SHOW STATISTICALLY ACCORDING TO THE SOCIODEMOGRAPHIC CHARACTERISTICS: AGE, LEVEL OF EDUCATION, MARITAL STATUS, MEMBERS OF THE FAMILY GROUP, NUMBER OF CHILDREN AND PURCHASE DECISION. THE DIFFERENCES MENTIONED PREVIOUSLY ARE FOUND IN THE ACTIONS LINKED TO ETHICAL RESPONSIBILITIES. FINALLY, COMPANIES MUST IMPLEMENT SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE STRATEGIES CONSIDERING THE SOCIODEMOGRAPHIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THEIR CONSUMERS AND THE NEW DEMANDS RESULTING FROM THE PANDEMIC, WHICH CONTRIBUTES TO THE CREATION OF VALUE FOR EACH OF THE IN- TEREST GROUPS.

    CONSIDERATION OF PERCEPTIONS, ATTITUDES, PREFERENCES AND BEHAVIOR OF WOMEN?S AS A RESEARCH SUBJECT IS LIMITED FOR VARIOUS HISTORICAL, SOCIAL AND CULTURAL REASONS. IN THIS SENSE, RESEARCH ON THE PERCEPTION OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) IS NO EXCEPTION. IN RELATION TO THE AFOREMENTIONED, THE CONTRIBUTIONS PROVIDED BY THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE STRATEGIES HAVE BEEN EVIDENCED. THE PURPOSE OF THIS RESEARCH IS TO DESCRIBE THE PERCEPTION OF RETAIL CONSUMERS ON CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IN THE MAULE REGION, CHILE. A QUANTITATIVE SELF-ADMINISTRATION QUESTIONNAIRE IS USED, AN EXPLORATORY FACTOR ANALYSIS IS APPLIED, AND DESCRIPTIVE STATISTICS AND DISPERSION ARE DETERMINED, TO FINALLY DEVELOP AN INFERENTIAL ANALYSIS ACCORDING TO THE SOCIODEMOGRAPHIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CONSUMERS. STATISTICALLY SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCES ARE FOUND ACCORDING TO AGE GROUP AND EDUCATIONAL LEVEL, WHICH CONTRIBUTES TO THE DESIGN OF SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE STRATEGIES. FUTURE INQUIRIES NEED TO CONSIDER INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS. FINALLY, IT IS IMPORTANT TO EXPLORE AND COMPARE POPULATIONS FROM DIFFERENT COUNTRIES IN THE REGION IN SEARCH OF A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF THE OBJECT OF STUDY.

    LA PRESENTE INVESTIGACIÓN TIENE COMO PROPÓSITO EXPLORAR LAS PRÁCTICAS DE CONSUMO SUSTENTABLE SOCIALMENTE RESPONSABLE EN ESTUDIANTES DE EDUCACIÓN SUPERIOR DE LA CIUDAD DE TALCA (CHILE). SE APLICÓ UNA ENCUESTA A UNA MUESTRA (387 PARTICIPANTES) NO PROBABILÍSTICA POR CONVENIENCIA. SE REALIZÓ UN ANÁLISIS FACTORIAL EXPLORATORIO Y UN ANÁLISIS DE DIFERENCIAS SIGNIFICATIVAS SEGÚN CARACTERÍSTICAS SOCIODEMOGRÁFICAS. SE OBTUVO QUE EXISTEN CUATRO DIMENSIONES QUE EXPLICAN EL COMPORTAMIENTO DEL CONSUMO SUSTENTABLE SOCIALMENTE RESPONSABLE: 1) CONSUMO INFORMADO, 2) CONSUMO GLOCAL, 3) CONSUMO ÉTICO Y 4) ECONOMÍA CIRCULAR. SE OBTUVIERON DIFERENCIAS SIGNIFICATIVAS SEGÚN GÉNERO. LAS MUJERES EXPRESAN UNA MAYOR VALORACIÓN SIGNIFICATIVA EN LAS DIMENSIONES CONSUMO GLOCAL Y ÉTICO. SE CONCLUYE QUE EL ESTUDIO DEL COMPORTAMIENTO DEL CONSUMO SUSTENTABLE SOCIALMENTE RESPONSABLE DESDE LA PERCEPTIVA DE LOS ESTUDIANTES UNIVERSITARIOS SE ENCUENTRA EN CONSTRUCCIÓN Y SUS APROXIMACIONES CONSTITUYEN LAS BASES PARA SU ABORDAJE DESDE DIVERSAS DISCIPLINAS. ES IMPORTANTE REPLICAR ÉSTA INDAGACIÓN PARA EL DISEÑO DE UN INSTRUMENTO ESTADÍSTICAMENTE MÁS ROBUSTO.

    SUSTAINABLE SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION IS AN ISSUE THAT HAS BECOME VERY RELEVANT IN RECENT DECADES, MOTIVATING THE SCIENTIFIC COMMUNITY TO CARRY OUT RESEARCH THAT CHARACTERIZES BEHAVIOR ACCORDING TO PURCHASING DECISIONS. THE PURPOSE OF THIS WORK IS TO EXPLORE SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE SUSTAINABLE CONSUMPTION IN CHILE. FOR THIS, AN INSTRUMENT WAS APPLIED TO A SAMPLE OF 354 PEOPLE. FOR THE ANALYSIS OF THE RESULTS, DESCRIPTIVE AND INFERENTIAL STATISTICS WERE USED AS EVALUATION CRITERIA. REGARDING RESULTS, SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCES WERE OBTAINED; WOMEN DECLARE THEMSELVES TO BE SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE SUSTAINABLE CONSUMERS. ON THE OTHER HAND, INCOME IS A GRAVITATING VARIABLE IN TERMS OF CONSUMER PREFERENCES. FINALLY, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT FUTURE EXPLORATIONS DEVELOP COMPARISONS BETWEEN DIFFERENT STUDY GROUPS.

    THE SUSTAINABLE CONSUMPTION HAS MOTIVATED THE DEVELOPMENT OF RESEARCHES THAT SEEK TO REVEAL STRATEGIES THAT ALLOW THE AWARENESS OF THE CO-RESPONSIBILITIES IN FRONT OF THE PURCHASE DECISION. THIS RESEARCH ANALYZES THE PRACTICES OF SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE SUSTAINABLE CONSUMPTION IN THE INHABITANTS OF THE COMMUNE HEAD OF THE PROVINCE OF PUNILLA, ÑUBLE REGION, CHILE. FOR WHICH A QUESTIONNAIRE WAS APPLIED TO A NON PROBABILISTIC SAMPLE, USING THE SNOWBALL TECHNIQUE. THE ANALYSIS WAS CARRIED OUT THROUGH EVALUATION CRITERIA, BRINGING TOGETHER THE MAJORITY OF CONSUMERS WHO ARE COMMITTED, DUE TO THE CARE OF RESOURCES AND THE PLANNING OF THEIR PURCHASES.

THE RESULTS SHOW A POSITIVE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN JOB SATISFACTION AND USR. THIS ASSOCIATION IS SIGNIFICANT AND DIRECT IN SOME OF THE DIMENSIONS THAT CONSTITUTE THE USR AND JOB SATISFACTION.
